Notice of reservations and sales for
2025 “Ehomaki”

We will be accepting reservations and selling the 2025 Boss special “Ehomaki” as follows.
Please enjoy Boss's signature ehoumaki, made with fresh seafood, plump and tender conger eel, tender and juicy Hida beef yakiniku, and other special ingredients, rolled in Ariake seaweed that has been prayed for at a shrine!
