Watanabe Sake Brewery W various 720ml

The “W” series is a sake that allows you to enjoy the flavor and richness of rice.

“W” is a Junmai Daiginjo-style sake with a rice polishing ratio of 50% or higher.
It is labeled as Junmai-shu on purpose.
We hope you will enjoy it as a junmai sake that allows you to enjoy the flavor and richness of rice.

The W series items are sold differently for each season. Please enjoy the W items lined up at the store from time to time.

Tenryo brewry / Ura-Tenryo / Ginjo made from pure rice / raw Sake / with special box / 720ml / black ravel

It’s the limited item of our store and has uncompromising quality of brewry and our store.
It’s made from “Hida-Homare”, rocal brand rice in Hida. (The polishing ratio of rice is 55%)
Also, it’s high quality Sake made by natural water in Hida and special technique of brewer.

Kaba brewry / Kojimaya Choemon / Special Honjozo / 720ml

Kaba brewry has been producing Sake for 300 years in Hida Furukawa.
It’s made from “Hida-Homare”, rocal brand rice in Hida, and carefully grown so that it’s drawn out Umami.
(The polishing ratio of rice is 60%)
It doesn’t have gorgeous fragrance, but it’s accomplished Sake and makes you feel Umami of Sake.

Japanese Sake made by rocal rice, water and rich natural envirment

We provide more than 300 kinds of high quality Sake, so you can select deep Sake which is suitble
for foods of each four seasons.

Hakkai Brewery Hakkaisan Daiginjo 1800ml

Fine, mellow, clean taste and a hint of elegant sweetness

 

The brewer’s skill has been refined by continuing to produce the best sake.
Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice were selected for this sake and polished to 45%. All koji is handmade, and this daiginjo is brewed with “Raiden-sama no Shimizu,” spring water from the melting snow of Hakkaisan.
It is a slightly upscale food sake with a fine, mellow, clean taste and a subtle, elegant sweetness that complements food.

directly import from reliable wineries.
Several staffs who has of qualification of sommelier taste wines and control the quality of them.

Hakushu, single malt whisky (Suntory / 700ml)

It’s mixed with “lightly peated malt” which has faint fresh smoky flavor likes young leaves in the forest and
various unblended whisky which has complexity and profundity of “Hakushu”.
Overlapping of their uniqueness produces fresh flavor and refreshing light sharp taste.

You can take time to choose "real taste" which connoisseurs of Shochu are satisfied.

We provide more than 400 kinds of line-up such as premium Shochu which is hard to buy and
selected seasonal Shochu.

DAIYAME (Hamada brewry / 1800ml)

DAIYAME is full-fledged potato Shochu made from “Kojuku-imo” produced by original technology
of Hamada brewry.
Please try elaborate Shochu with sweet flavor likes fresh lychees which you can’t taste
by other potato Shochu and born from the fruit of technique for 150 years from foundation.
