Expanding Hida Takayama’s culinary diversity with vibrant vegan bento boxes!

Three local supermarkets in Hida Takayama have collaborated to develop “Vegan Bento Boxes.” Takayama City is an international tourist destination attracting visitors from around the world, creating growing demand for meals accommodating diverse religions and dietary habits.

As part of this project, BOSS FOODS MARKET has developed the “Soy Meat Hamburger Steak with Ratatouille Sauce (Served with Balsamic Dressing) ¥842 (tax included)”.

The generous use of colorful vegetables combined with our homemade dressing creates a visually appealing and appetizing presentation. Above all, the main soy meat hamburger is an exquisite creation, achieving juiciness and umami flavor that rivals meat!

This vegan bento not only addresses the dietary needs of international visitors but is also a healthy, new food option we encourage “local residents” to try.
