BOSS Sandwiches and Rice Balls Evolve.

The sandwiches and rice balls in the BOSS delicatessen section have become even more delicious.

●Sandwiches: The bread has been changed to one with a concentrated wheat flavor. We've pursued the freshly made deliciousness and improved the handmade process. We offer a rich lineup, including a luxurious pork cutlet sandwich made with "PLEASURE PORK" from Hida Takayama, and a healthy sandwich with special salad chicken and kinpira burdock root.

●Rice Balls (Onigiri): Made with Hida-grown Koshihikari rice. We've reviewed the cooking process and adjusted the flavor blend. We've also pursued a plump, gentle grip. In addition to the popular silver salmon and sticky kelp, new flavors include dried young sardines with soy sauce and pork miso.
